Secure Dialer does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or use cross-app tracking.
Access, correction, deletion, and copies
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to appeal a denied request. Submit a request through the contact form at https://www.gtm-solutions.ai/contact. We will verify requests and respond as required by law.
Communication recipients
Secure Dialer processes many communication records on behalf of business customers. If you received a call or message from a Secure Dialer customer, contact that business first because it controls the communication and related consent records.
In-app controls
- Delete supported message conversations and voicemail records.
- Revoke devices that should no longer access the account.
- Securely disconnect the Twilio account and remove the dedicated connection.
- Manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple account.
- Review and change Twilio-side retention and account settings directly with Twilio.
No sale or targeted advertising opt-out is currently needed
Because we do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, there is no separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out flow. If these practices change, we will update the Privacy Notice and provide legally required choices before the change applies.
